An expungement is a vehicle that’s used in state court to erase a person’s record. Now, a lot of people use that term generically, and they overuse it, because a person who truly qualifies for an expungement where they can have their record expunged is going to be one of just a very few people. It’s — there’s a narrow window. It applies, basically, to a person who was arrested but the district attorney declined to prosecute or the grand jury refused to indict or the state outright dismisses after they’ve been indicted or if you go to trial and you’re found not guilty. Then you can go back in and petition the court to expunge, which means, basically, essentially, erase your record as if it never happened.

We have received an enormous amount of emails regarding brutal abuse occurring all over the ‘Independent Fundamental Baptist’ Movement that can only be described as ‘Satanic Ritual Abuse’.
Recent research at the local law library and looking up Court records nationwide reveal a staggering amount of legal cases and court records regarding IFB physical, sexual and spiritual abuse all over the Country of the most gruesome type being covered up by IFB Cult Lawyer David Gibbs Jr and his son of the ‘Gibbs Law Firm’…financed by donations from the ‘Christian Law Association’ from money obtained by regular Christians in the pew -under pretenses that the CLA will help you if you ever have legal issues.
Our own personal experience with David Gibbs of the CLA was him asking for money from Doug Fishers pulpit. We donated over $1000 Dollars to the CLA over the course of 5 years -$20 a month- and when I called the CLA for help regarding heresy and adultery being committed at my church by Church Leaders I was thrown out of my church the very next day after I called the CLA for ‘legal advice’…and thrown out by the very same person that I called to complain about with no explanation given other than him mentioning that I had no right to call the CLA and ’cause trouble’…That means there is no Attorney Client Privilege when you call the CLA…something Illegal in itself.
..We never got a call back from Mr. Gibbs regarding this!!
We were defrauded over $250,000 Dollars and out of our house and life savings by the very same people we spent 5 years financially supporting with over 20% of our income and over 30 hours a week of ‘service’ for 5 years and the CLA is zealously defending them -with the money we donated- trying to shut us down from the internet for speaking out against Travesty!!
We have received an enormous amount of correspondence regarding the CLA covering up all kinds of pedophilia and extreme physical, emotional and spiritual abuse within the IFB Cult. Many very private and personal things shared with our Pastors Gill Torres, Doug Brandenberg and Gill Torres that were told in the strictest of confidence as part of their campaings to ‘consult the man of God’ for advice have been used against us as an Extorsion Plot to shut us up regarding the financial fraud perpetrated against us -nothing illegal but things pertaining to personal abuse we have suffered within our family…This -it turns out- is a very Common IFB Practice of Extorsion!! Fighting for a Disabled Mother’s Right to See Her Children; After a Mother’s Brain Injury Following Childbirth, Her Family Fights for Her to See Her Triplets. April 14, 2010, ABC news. Growing up, Abbie Dorn always dreamed of becoming a mother. Now, at age 34, she is the mother of three healthy toddlers. Her home is filled with pictures of the children, triplets named Esti, Reuvi and Yossi.
But in the 4 years since her children were born, Dorn has not been able to talk to them. She can’t hold them or watch them play. That’s because Dorn endured severe brain damage following their birth.
Now, while her children run and play in their Los Angeles home, Dorn’s family, more than 2,500 miles away in Myrtle Beach, S.C., is locked in a legal battle with the children’s father to grant Dorn the right to see her children.
The family’s lawsuit, which could make its way to a courtroom by May, could become a landmark in defining what it means to be a parent, especially when that parent is disabled.
After graduating from college in Ohio and becoming a chiropractor in Atlanta, she married Dan Dorn, a devoutly religious man who shared her beliefs in Orthodox Judaism. They settled in Los Angeles near his family, and began to plan a family of their own. But Dorn struggled to conceive. After turning to fertility treatments, she finally received word in the fall of 2005 that she was expecting triplets. “She was so excited to be pregnant, she was beginning to say, ‘I don’t know if I’ll ever get to be a mother,’” Dorn’s mother, Susan Cohen, said.
Happiness turned to heartbreak after Dorn delivered the three children. What happened in the hospital in the hours after the triplets were born is not clear. And the case was eventually settled out of court for more than $7 million. What the family does know is that Dorn began bleeding internally. Her injury was not caught soon enough, and after a series of missteps, Dorn’s brain was deprived of oxygen, leaving her severely brain damaged. Since the day her three children were born, Dorn has required around-the-clock care. She can’t speak or move on her own, and she remains in bed unless one of her caretakers moves her to a chair. Dorn spent nearly a year in hospital and rehabilitation care in California near her children.
On the anniversary of his wife’s injury, Dan called Dorn’s parents. “He said, ‘Well I need to move on,’” said Paul Cohen. Dorn’s husband eventually divorced her in 2007. In court documents, his attorney said he was “faced with the necessity of beginning to rebuild his life.”
Since the divorce, Abbie Dorn has been moved to her parents’ home in Myrtle Beach, where she undergoes a daily regime of therapies and rehab.
Dorn’s now ex-husband has refused to bring the children to see her. They said he refuses to send videos or to allow Dorn to see the children via webcam.
Dan’s attorneys argue that exposing the children to their severely disabled mother would traumatize them. Medical experts hired by his attorneys to review her records said she would never recover.
But Dorn’s parents say Dan Dorn’s experts are looking at old records, and that after years of rehabilitation, it is clear she has brain function, can understand when people talk to her and can read short passages. Having devoted the past five years to her rehabilitation, Susan and Paul Cohen believe their daughter communicates through her eyes. They say when Dorn has one long blink it means “yes.” When she is in pain, she cries out. When she is happy, they say, she can smile. Her eyes follow movements in the room. Her caretakers say several times a day she will say “yeah” or “no” in response to direct questions.
Legal Battle Over Children of a Disabled Parent
ABC News spent a day with Dorn and watched her undergo therapy. When asked if seeing her children was important to her, Dorn replied with a long blink.
“A mother needs to see her children, she gave them life,” Paul Cohen said. “Her blood is in their veins. These children need to know they have a mommy and she needs to know her children are growing.”
The family’s lawyer argues that Dorn has rights that have been ignored. “Abbie has a right, a constitutional, legal right to have her parents, her own representatives, to request visitation on her behalf,” Lisa Helfend, an attorney for Dorn and her parents, said.
Dorn’s mother believes her daughter is still “there,” saying Dorn cries, smirks and even smiles. “I know that Abbie is there … it’s well beyond a mother’s love,” Susan Cohen said.
“If all she can say to them is one or two words and show in her eyes how much she loves them, I think that will mean a great deal to those children,” Susan Cohen said.
ABC News’ requests for an interview with Dan Dorn were declined.

Tim Kretschmer, the baby-faced killer who went on a murderous rampage at the Albertville Secondary in Winnenden, near Stuttgart, Germany, was on medication for depression, the Scotsman has revealed. It emerged that Kretschmer had been suffering from depression, even attending a clinic and receiving medication for the condition, the newspaper reports. No further details are provided.
Here is a list of recent (September, 2008) shooters on various antidepressants (compiled by The Bitter Pill blog): DeKalb, Illinois – February 14, 2008: 27-year-old Steven Kazmierczak shot and killed five people and wounded 16 others before killing himself in a Northern Illinois University auditorium. According to his girlfriend, he had recently been taking Prozac, Xanax and Ambien. Toxicology reports showed that he still had trace amounts of Xanax in his system. Omaha, Nebraska – December 5, 2007: 19-year-old Robert Hawkins killed eight people and wounded five before committing suicide in an Omaha mall. Hawkins friend told CNN that the gunman was on antidepressants, and autopsy results confirmed he was under the influence of the anti-anxiety drug Valium. Jokela, Finland – November 7, 2007: 18-year-old Finnish gunman Pekka-Eric Auvinen had been taking antidepressants before he killed eight people and wounded a dozen more at Jokela High School in southern Finland, then committed suicide. Cleveland, Ohio – October 10, 2007: 14-year-old Asa Coon stormed through his school with a gun in each hand, shooting and wounding four before taking his own life. court records show Coon had been placed on the antidepressant Trazadone.
Blacksburg, Virginia – April 16, 2007: The psychiatric drug history of Seung-Hui Cho in the Virginia Tech Massacre was never made public. Initial reports stated that depression medication was found among Chos belongings. But neither his toxicology reports, nor his recent medical history were ever released to find out whether Cho had been in withdrawal from psychiatric medication. (33 were killed and 29 injured, but this was not included in the total of dead and wounded cited above.)
Red Lake Indian Reservation, Minnesota – March 21, 2005: 16-year-old Native American Jeff Weise, reportedly under the influence of the antidepressant Prozac, went on a shooting rampage at home and at his school, killing nine people and wounding five before committing suicide.
Greenbush, New York – February 2004: 16-year-old Jon Romano strolled into his high school in east Greenbush and opened fire with a shotgun. Special education teacher Michael Bennett was hit in the leg. Romano had been taking medication for depression.
El Cajon, California – March 22, 2001: 18-year-old Jason Hoffman was on two antidepressants, Effexor and Celexa, when he opened fire at his California high school wounding five. Hoffman had also undergone an anger management program.
Williamsport, Pennsylvania – March 7, 2000: 14-year-old Elizabeth Bush was on the antidepressant Prozac when she blasted away at fellow students in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, wounding one.
Conyers, Georgia – May 20, 1999: 15-year-old T.J. Solomon was being treated with a mix of antidepressants when he opened fire on and wounded 6 of his classmates.
Columbine, Colorado – April 20, 1999: 18-year-old Eric Harris was on the antidepressant Luvox when he and his partner Dylan Klebold killed 12 classmates and a teacher and wounded 23 others before taking their own lives in the bloodiest school massacre in history. The coroner confirmed that the antidepressant was in his system through toxicology reports while Dylan Klebolds autopsy was never made public. Harris and Klebold underwent anger management and death education classes.
Notus, Idaho – April 16, 1999: 15-year-old Shawn Cooper fired two shotgun rounds in his school narrowly missing students; he was taking a mix of antidepressants.
Springfield, Oregon – May 21, 1998: 15-year-old Kip Kinkel murdered his own parents and then proceeded to school where he opened fire on students in the cafeteria, killing two and wounding 22. Kinkel had been on Prozac. Kinkel also underwent anger management classes.
