jobs don’t do state by state checks. they usually have to spent per state so they will us there state where they are at. a fed check is just that not a all states check. i moved out of state and got a job almost immediatly. it was hard i had to live in van for a while and do tree work until a profesional position became available. this is just ur typical capatilist, selling u something that doesnt work so u still are left with a need for them to not fill agian. volunteer too

Getting a job after a felony requires a lot of networking. You have to reach out to friends and family and ask them to recommend you for work. Also, you need to be very clear how remorseful you are and how much you understand that what you did has hurt you professionally. Hiring managers will give you a second chance if they sincerely believe you have learned your lesson. They won’t know that unless you tell them. Get comfortable talking about your mistake. Have faith!
