I was just curious, how I go about checking my own criminal records? The job I am applying for is going to check it and I just wanted to make sure that nothing was on there. I really want this job and it has been years since my little brush with the law.

The company you want to work for will be running a nationwide report which will cover all courts in the USA. You need to find the state’s website where you were in trouble with the law and go to the Enforcement page or anything that has to do with law enforcement or law in general. You will probably need to go to the courthouse in that county and get it official if you actually need it for your records at home though. Check it out and see what that gets you.
