Oscar Grant III
Grant, who was the father of a 4-year-old daughter, lived in Hayward. Family members characterized him at January 4 news conference as a loving father, a hard worker, and a sports enthusiast. Grant worked as a butcher at Farmer Joes grocery market in Oakland’s Dimond District. He is survived by his sister, daughter, and a girlfriend who have filed a wrongful death civil suit against the District.
Grant’s funeral was held at the Palma Ceia Baptist Church in Hayward on January 7, 2009 and hundreds attended, exceeding the church’s fire capacity.
Grant, who was 22 at the time of the shooting, had a criminal record and served time in state prison in 2007 and 2008. Alameda County Superior Court records indicate that Grant was involved in several cases between April 2004, and May, 2008.

For the record, i disagree with whats shown in this video, but killing all police, or total anarchy is not the answer.
im sure you dont believe this is an everyday occurence at the police, and when it does happen its usually (hopefully) dealt with.
