   @19TEC85 From what I’m reading in your posts you think legalization will be a panacea for our justice system but I see many pit falls and trap doors. There is no panacea and there is no utopia. There are people who would try these drugs who normally would not if they stayed illegal and that is a unintended consequence.

    @chaumont20 Under that kind of logic, nothing of high value should ever be owned because somebody might steal it. Realistically speaking, if drugs were legalized they would be much cheaper once they get off the black market(smuggling drugs and avioding law enforcment makes them much more expensive, creating drug cartels). People would be less likely to resort to theft. Things get stolen, yeah, that’s life. Cars are worth thousands, they get stolen but we don’t ban them.

    @Desmaad Really cheap education and low paying jobs are also options, but it’s much easier to just sell dope and make a quick buck than to spend years getting an education and saving up. It’s a matter of choice. I could sell drugs and rob people as well as anybody else, I just choose not to.
