I have a couple of minor records on public court record website and I’d like to get them erased. Can a lawyer help me get them removed from the public information website?
How can you get your public records erased? i.e. protective order or small claims court records?

courts don’t destroy records. Ever. Most states have a provision for sealing some criminal records, keeping the records but making them unavailable to the public. The criteria and procedures vary from state to state and can be complex.
Cannot unless you can get a court order to have them "sealed" and to do this after the fact is rare. This is usually part of the settlement.
An Order of Protection is not a Minor Offense…
It stays on your Record for Life !!!!
As for the "Small Claims Court" if it was
due to the above…it also stays…
If you were a minor they will be sealed when you become a adult. Other than that you can petion the court, very expensive, and you are usually denied. Public records are there forever
