Can You Get Your Own FBI NCIC Record?

We all want to know what scoop Big Brother has on us in their databases. Especially the FBI. Heres how you can get your own FBI file.

First a clarification: The FBI maintains the NCIC database. It does NOT keep a file on every American. The NCIC contains data on every person convicted of a crime, wanted persons, persons deemed dangerous to law enforcement, all drivers and more. The FBI shares this information with all law enforcement agencies. This is the database police query when they stop your car and call in your license plate and drivers license. The database does not record that you have been stopped, although in most provinces in Canada there is a system where all stops and contacts are recorded. Many local law enforcement departments have local contact database but they are not shared. So if you get stopped in your own town theres a chance there is a local record of this stop. But not on the NCIC database.

The FBI also maintains its internal databases and that information might contain data on non-convicted persons. This database is an investigative file, containing information on any person of interest to the FBI. It also contains all the internal records on FBI investigations. This file is NOT available to the public under any circumstance. One example of this is the FBI Counterterrorism database. This database contains over 659 million records from the FBI and other government sources.

An FBI Identification Record, often referred to as a Criminal History Record or Rap Sheet, is a listing of certain information taken from fingerprint submissions retained by the FBI in connection with arrests and, in some instances, federal employment, naturalization, or military service.

If you have been convicted of a crime or wanted by the police you will have a record in this file. You can get a copy of your own file by following precise instructions. These can be found here: http://www.fbibackgroundchecks.com/get-your-own-FBI-record.html. The cost is $18 payable to the FBI. The request must be made directly to the FBI. There is no need to use a company or lawyer to do this.

Can you get a FREE NCIC background check? Yes, most non-profit volunteer-based organizations might get a FBI background check performed at the local police agency.

We are all familiar with the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA). We can get to any database, right? Not really. The government will censor what they deem confidential. I have tried to get several files using FOIA and the government will respond but slowly. And many records will have black marker streaks covering what they deemed confidential. In one case I know there was a record but the response was no record found. In a perfect world we should be able to see what is in these databases, but in todays world this is not so easy.

Would you keep your divorce records sealed in order to protect your children?

Particularly if it was an ugly divorce and you or your ex were a public figure?

Or do you think the children should know all the ugly details and accusations?

If you’re running for election, does the public have the right to know the dirty details of your divorce even if it could hurt/embarrass the children?

A divorce is between two spouses not anyone else. If both former spouses will be responsible parents it should not hurt the kids. Dad & Mom will simply live apart but drop off and p/u from school, attendance at school events. The public has no right to see what details of your divorce are. You have no responsibility to them personally or legally.

Where can I find (Divorce) public records online, for FREE?

In particular, divorce records….Every website says "free" but then then they ask for some kind of charge. Does anyone know of a real, fast free one? Thanks :)
not snooping, but i am a little concerned for my friend who’s starting dating a guy who she sumises might be married still, she asked me to try to help her find out as I have a computer and she doesnt right now.

Hmmm. This makes me think you are snooping on someone. Go to the county’s website for vitals and statistics.

Divorce Records Search

http://findoutifsomeoneisdivorced.com/divorce-records-search/

In just 2 mins you will discover ways on how to do divorce records search. So listen carefully and you will know the truth of someone’s marital status fast and accurately.

It’s easy to conduct a divorce records search. There are basically two options: do-it-yourself or commercial record providers.

One of the greatest civil amenities that we enjoy from government agencies is public records, including a divorce record. Being public records, divorce records can be requested free-of-charge at any government agencies tasked with the function. The best way to obtain free divorce records is directly from the county courthouse where the divorce proceedings were held.

If time and effort are constraints, turning to commercial record providers is more viable. A fee is incurred but it spares you all the hassle and very professional results are typically available within minutes.

Be careful though in picking a divorce search site. Each site’s services do vary depending on the amount of information it can provide and of the reliability. I highly recommend that you read the disclaimer for you to be aware of the site’s policy and terms.

I’ve found a website that is very helpful in performing divorce records search. I found it to be very extensive in performing a search as this don’t limit only on the marital status but also about some other useful personal information. I suggest that you visit the site right now so you can check for the service and decide which among the top services it has will you go to. Click on the link below to know more about this amazing deal.

Divorce Court TV Show (Shere Thu Thuy)

This clip was taken in the late 80′s, when Shere Thu Thuy was promoting her first two vinyl records. The subject matter about white men marrying Asian women was still sensitive in this country. Shere was the first Vietnamese actress to surface commercially on the national TV scene. She was also very brave to take on such a controversial subject matter about Asians coming to America to marry American men. This episode was also about domestic abuse and the derogatory connotations that Asian women are hustlers. It was around this time when Shere was extremely busy juggling between her concert performances, acting & music career. In conclusion Shere is a very accomplished women.
