im trying to look and find out what all is on my arrest record online but every place i go to asks for payment. is there any free sites i can get this information on?

No, arrest records are held by the jurisdiction you are arrested in, if they have a database they will not give it away to public records website they will sell them so those sites. The sites have to charge to recoup the money spent to get them and keep a website on the internet for you to access online. Even going to the police/sheriff/county archives that have arrest records you are charged a copy fee to print it out and give to you. It pays the salary time the employee took to help you, ink and paper costs.
I think this is really a legal question since we research the dead here.
But can’t you just call the local police?
