Im filling out an application for my local high school for 9th grade. I was previously arrested with a third degree felony. I know all juvenile records are confidential.My question is, can they actually look into my record? So can i just put "no" in the box were it asks the question? Thank you!

I’m not sure about this, I would suggest answering truthfully, because if they find out you lied, it wouldn’t matter if they cared. If it is a public high school, they may need the records but are unable to discriminate against you. A private high school may have strict entrance guidelines and may not accept you though.
