I’m trying to find out if mugshots and/or arrest records are public information in Los Angeles County, CA. Just regular people, not celebrities. If they are public, does anyone know where to go online or in person to find someone’s record/mugshot? Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are public record. However, there is no requirement to provide them online or for free. You would have to make a specific request to the LA County Sheriff, and they may charge a fee to cover the administrative cost of copying the record.
